執行長

楊昊 博士

現任臺灣亞洲交流基金會執行長，同時也擔任國立政治大學國際關係研究中心副主任暨東南亞研究中心執行長、東亞所特聘教授。楊昊的研究興趣包含東南亞與亞太區域研究，著重於國際關係理論的區域應用、東南亞邊境政治、抵抗政治、環境政治與比較區域主義、智庫與外交政策研究。自2009年起，楊昊開始長期投入柔性權力與外交政策分析的研究，探討中國孔子學院的區域擴散與全球布局，同時也積極關注東南亞國家與在地社會如何回應主要強權的區域布局，並進行長期田野調查與移地研究工作。楊昊也長期投入臺灣在亞太區域的第二軌外交參與與推動工作，包含亞太安全合作理事會（CSCAP）的各種活動與研究小組，以及臺灣與東協之間的二軌外交論壇。

楊昊曾在2011年獲得美國國務院外交政策研究獎助，並於2015年獲日本交流協會獎助前往京都大學東南亞研究所擔任訪問學者。2018年，楊昊獲得美國國務院學友創新獎(AEIF 2018)，致力於推動台灣與印尼以及東南亞國家的防災自主社區之間的創新鏈結。他的研究成果包含超過八十篇期刊論文與多本專書，收錄在Politics and Governance, Pacific Affairs, Pacific Review, China Brief, Journal of Asian Public Policy, Journal of Human Values, Issues & Studies等國際期刊與國內重要學術刊物如《問題與研究》、《中國大陸研究》、《台灣政治學刊》、《政治學報》、《戰略安全研析》、《遠景基金會季刊》等。他也有多篇國際評論，刊登在The National Interest, The Diplomat, East Asian Forum, The Interpreter, Global Taiwan Brief等。
