TAEF

Joining TAEF in 2020, Joy has since been in charge of the Foundation's press liaison and communication and then of the Department of Planning and Research. Now, she oversees the Foundation's international collaboration affairs. 

Prior to joining TAEF, Joy was an education promotion officer at the French Office in Taipei and a secretary at the European Economic and Trade Office. She also worked for the Council on the Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific (CSCAP) Taiwan. Joy holds a Master’s degree in international relations from the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO), France.
