Asia Engagement Consortium

Introduction

To facilitate the NSP and realize Taiwan’s regional strategy for Asia, Asia Engagement Consortium (AEC), initiated by TAEF, is an interdisciplinary alliance of think-tanks and NGOs. The primary purpose is to facilitate synergy among leading think tanks in Taiwan and neighboring countries in Asia.

Goals of AEC

  1. Share overseas connections and construct cooperation networks in Asia;
  2. Promote Yushan Forum and develop related TAEF programs and symposiums;
  3. Strengthen Taiwan’s engagement with local Southeast Asian and South Asian organizations;
  4. Facilitate Taiwan’s diverse partnerships with Asia.
