Sylvia is an assistant research fellow with the Department of International Collaboration at the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation. In this role, she is in charge of the Think Tank Collaboration Program. Previously, Sylvia worked for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the United Nations and the Embassy of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in the United States. She holds an LL.M. degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.
